Here’s a look at our recent installation at MUT ~ the Mangosuthu University of Technology campus in Umlazi, south of Durban. A modern student center for which we manufactured and installed custom-made curtain walling, and modern light-weight external ceilings.
The curtain wall system we used in this case is the HBS Advantage, with full-height mullions, brightening up the entire interior and giving it an air of spaciousness. Adding to the modern feel as well as cooling the building, we glazed the entire facade with grey tinted performance Low-E glazing. Then for the entrance doors, we installed Tormax automated doors for ease of access and temperature control.
The exterior ceilings we installed are Hunter Douglas F150 panel ceilings – premium quality panels offering sophisticated style and exceptional durability. All in all, a project which we are proud to call another successful installation by Team Pro.
